Incoming cell inspection
Cells are inspected before assembly, with attention to physical condition, identification and suitability for the intended battery model.
At GreenNext Battery, we combine state-of-the-art machinery with careful assembly and checks at every stage—from cell grading and sorting to the finished battery pack.

GreenNext Battery is the battery brand of Greenvolt Lithium Solutions. Our factory brings cell preparation, pack assembly and quality checks together to support dependable batteries for electric mobility, inverter backup and energy storage.
Every battery follows a process that includes cell grading, sorting and matching before assembly, followed by checks on the completed pack. The exact configuration and checks depend on the battery model and application.

Cells are inspected before assembly, with attention to physical condition, identification and suitability for the intended battery model.
Charge and discharge grading measures cell capacity and performance so cells can be assessed before pack assembly.
Cells are sorted and matched using relevant electrical parameters, including capacity, voltage and internal resistance, to support consistency within a pack.
Matched cells are arranged for the required voltage and capacity. Interconnections, insulation and mechanical fit are checked during assembly.
The Battery Management System is selected for the pack chemistry, configuration and current requirements. Wiring and sensing connections are checked.
Connections, insulation and enclosure fit are reviewed. Potting or additional protection depends on the model and application.
Completed packs undergo electrical and functional checks before dispatch. Model-specific charging, discharging and BMS checks form part of the quality process.
Battery specifications, handling information and applicable warranty details are reviewed before packing and dispatch.
We are transparent about the cells and Battery Management System used in our packs. We select quality components suited to the chemistry, current requirements and intended application.
Ask our team for the cell make, model and grade, battery chemistry, pack configuration, and BMS type and protection features for the model you are considering. Component specifications can vary between products and series; confirm them in your quotation before purchase.
Cell selection, matching, insulation, secure interconnections and a compatible BMS all contribute to battery safety. Protection features and operating limits are model-specific. Use the specified charger and follow installation and handling instructions.
Any certification or compliance documentation should be confirmed for the exact battery model and application. Contact us for available documentation.
