Delivery coverage and charges
Free delivery is available to addresses in West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam and Tripura. Your full delivery address is checked at checkout. For other destinations or enquiry-led products, contact us before ordering.
Dispatch and transit times
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Courier transit after dispatch normally takes a further 3–5 working days. Estimated total delivery is 8–12 working days. The daily order cut-off is 6 PM IST. These are estimates; we will contact you if there is a material delay.
Pickup
Pickup is available by arrangement. Contact us with your order number to confirm readiness, collection location and opening hours before visiting.
Receiving your battery
Check the packaging on receipt. If the battery arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 3 days with your order number and photographs. See our returns and warranty policy.
